How fulfillment works
Clickety Clak is a small, owner-run print shop — not a warehouse. Some items are in stock and ship right away; others are made to order and get printed once you order them. Every product page shows which applies, plus an estimated print time.
Processing time: orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, whether the item is in stock or made to order.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellation may no longer be possible. To cancel within that window, contact us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Domestic (Lebanon): $3 inside Beirut, $5 outside Beirut, free on orders over $50. Delivery takes 3–5 days after your order ships.
- International: international shipping is currently unavailable. Clickety Clak currently delivers within Lebanon only.
Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. We’ll send tracking as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the rest of the way.
Returns & exchanges
Return or refund requests are accepted within 5 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. To start a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Because each piece is printed and checked individually, we can’t accept returns on items that arrive used, damaged from wear, or without their original packaging — but if something arrived defective or wrong, that’s on us: contact us and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund — no apology needed on your end, mistakes happen and we’ll fix ours.
